ORDER PLACEMENT.-

All custom cake orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance, and all other orders at least 24/48 hours before the delivery date (for shipped orders, an additional 24/48 hours for transport should be added to the delivery time). In all cases, excluding non-working days or holidays. Deliveries to the peninsula are not made on MONDAYS to ensure the freshness of the products.

RETURNS.-

Given the perishable nature of the products sold through the Website. No exchanges or returns are accepted once the order has been delivered.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

Order cancellation 72 hours (three days) before delivery with a 100% refund.

Order cancellation 48 hours (two days) or 24 hours (one day) before delivery WITHOUT REFUND.

In the event of a return, we will issue a refund within 10 days of the order cancellation by either the customer or DELEITES.

ORDER PROCESSING.-

Once the customer places their order, the company has up to 24 hours to confirm it.

The confirmed order then proceeds to preparation. After preparation and packaging, the customer receives an email confirming the order has been shipped (if it’s an order/product available for shipping), and the order is dispatched, arriving at the indicated peninsular destination within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipments are made to the Peninsula. No shipping is available to islands or other countries (abroad).

The fixed amount for home deliveries to the Peninsula (Spain) is €5.

DELIVERY.-

Orders are delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, NO HOLIDAYS).

If no one is at the address to receive the order, the transport company will contact the recipient by phone, and if there is no answer, In this case, the transport company takes photographs of the delivery address to confirm that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. The package is then postponed by the delivery person until they can contact the recipient. No guaranteed delivery date or time.

Destination not found. The transport company contacts the recipient to verify that the delivery address is correct. This situation may incur additional charges.

The package may be delivered to a third party (family member, concierge, doorman, etc.), provided they accept it and assume responsibility for it.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and are indicated in the website’s shopping cart summary. These include shipment preparation, transport, insurance, tracking by DELEITES, and final delivery.
